By declaring a commission, you accept my TOS. Not knowing or breaking my TOS after commissioning results in breaking our commission contract, no refund (no matter the stage) and blacklisting.
1. I claim the right to refuse a commission if I'm not comfortable with it.2. I can only do commissions with designs you own or with designs of people that consented to it (does not apply to characters from fiction and media).3. I accept payment via PayPal only. The payment is upfront or after sketch. There needs to be at least 25% of the full price paid for me to start working.4. The commission price can be higher, depending on how complicated is the design.5. Ask me if I have an account on other media you're posting my art to credit me properly!6. I take priority commissions, which cost additional 25-50% of the base price. That means that the drawing is made outside of the queue, at the first place. The percentage depends on how complicated is the drawing.7. Ask me about every change you want me to make. 20 corrections in sketch stage and 3 corrections on lining stage are included in the price, next corrections will increase the price.8. Commissioner needs to be 18+ (I can require confirmation), otherwise the commission will be refused, and the commissioner blacklisted.9. The character drawn needs to be legal or aged up to legal age.10. You can ask for a refund anytime, but don't force it. Refunds will be given according to the refund chart below.
